Mon Naturals Ltd – Return and Refund Policy

At Mon Naturals, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase of ELIAWEN™ and ELIENAID™ skincare products.

Returns and Cancellations

For UK online orders, you normally have 14 days after receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To request a return, please email ianto@monnaturals.org, including your order number and the items you wish to return.

Hygiene and Product Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of skincare products supplied with a hygiene seal if that seal has been broken after delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at ianto@monnaturals.org.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

Refunds

When you cancel an eligible online order, we will refund the applicable purchase price and standard outbound delivery charge, where required.

Refunds will normally be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Mon Naturals will cover reasonable return postage where applicable.
