Welcome to Mon Naturals Ltd.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our online store and the purchase of our ELIAWEN™ and ELIENAID™ skincare products.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mon Naturals Ltd.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which we offer our products.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our published Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS

You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order or creating a customer account.

You are responsible for keeping your account details and passwords secure.

You must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

Mon Naturals Ltd offers Welsh skincare products, including:

• ELIAWEN™ – Welsh Traditional Clay Mineral Balm.

• ELIENAID™ – Vegan Organic Plant-Based Balm.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, quantities and prices are presented accurately.

Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, packaging changes and individual screen settings.

We reserve the right to update product information or discontinue products, subject to existing customer rights and accepted orders.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

We will send an acknowledgement of your order. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.

We may decline an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or an obvious pricing error has occurred.

If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Any applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with UK requirements.

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We accept payment through the payment methods available at checkout, including supported card payments and PayPal.

Payment information is processed through our payment service providers.

We may change prices or introduce promotions, but these changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

UK Standard Delivery: £4.25 per order.

Free UK Standard Delivery on orders of £50 or more.

Our standard delivery service uses Royal Mail Second Class, with an estimated delivery period of 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery may also be available at checkout, currently priced at £6.99, with an estimated delivery period of 1–2 working days after dispatch.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If there is a significant delay, we will communicate with customers as appropriate.

For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods normally remains with Mon Naturals Ltd until the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a person nominated by the customer, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Mon Naturals name, ELIAWEN™ and ELIENAID™ names, product branding, original website content, photographs, graphics, research-related materials and other intellectual property displayed on our website are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Such materials belong to Mon Naturals Ltd or their respective rights holders, as applicable.

Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce, commercially exploit or distribute protected materials without the relevant rights holder's consent.

Customers may use the website for lawful personal shopping purposes.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between customers and Mon Naturals Ltd.
